I grew up in the beautiful city of Kayseri, the heart of Turkey, a place known for its rich flavours and passion for food. My father was a kebab chef, and I was just eight when he first taught me how to cook with fire. Those were the good old days, full of flavour, family, and love for real food.
I worked in many kitchens alongside talented chefs, gaining the experience that shaped who I am today. Now, with confidence and passion, Iʼm proud to open my first business here in Swinton — QQ BBQ. My goal is simple: to serve you high-quality, delicious charcoal-grilled takeaway food made with the same care and love I put into the meals I cook for my two sons and my wife.
While I was thinking of a name of business, my son was playing with a deck of cards. He pulled out 2 Queens - Clubs & Diamonds - smiled, and said, “QQ!” and just like that, QQ BBQ was born.
At QQ BBQ, we cook with heart, serve with pride, and hope every bite brings you the same joy and warmth Iʼve known since childhood.
